5 Wisdom (rough)
New Wisdom sketch up! I'm still working out the panels, so this is just a first pass. Got better ideas to bring it together as soon as I'm back working on it again :)
Good idea: Seeking wisdom from Athena at the temple.
Bad idea: Seeking wisdom from Athena in the buff. Apparently Tireseus was going all peeping tom on her and she blinded him out of indignation. She realized after though that he was the son of an acquaintance, and made things slightly better for him by giving him prophetic sight. Though, I'm sure he would have preferred his own sight back...

Reflecting on... Impatience
http://howtosplitanatom.com/news/stop-being-so-impatient/
This article may not directly apply to the artist, but the reflections written here can definitely be read and understood by all.
I know for a fact that I am too impatient with my art. I need to slowly but steadily change this if I wish to improve artistically (and mentally!)

Reflecting on... Time
Not an art post, sadly, but I am going to reflect on something. :)
I've been hearing a ton of 'oh, that's an excellent idea, I'm going to do that' when I show people this blog, or people see my submitted deviations. Why don't you guys?! It really is a good habit making little thing to do, to draw, like we've been born to!
I know that now-a-days we work more than ever, and it means we have to unwind more than ever, and that usually involves wasting time in front of the tv or xbox or what have you, and when we happen to glance over at our sketchbook, and wistfully think 'i should draw', a second later we find that we just can't muster up the urge to actually put pencil to paper or pen to cintiq.
Basically what I'm saying is, this is working for me, unwinding in a more practical self improvement way. It's taken some time to getting used to not playing Fallout or throwing on a dvd and going brain dead, but I seriously swear it's worth it! It actually makes you slip into drawing mode faster and faster each day.
And now, to my night-freelance job :P
My 4. Dark may be delayed by a day or two!

3 Light
3. Light
Not quite the wham, pow, kazzow I was looking for, because in the end I 'ran out of time' trying to decide what to draw. Not to say that time was wasted. I never consider it wasted time when you're drawing. I just wish I'd grabbed for something a little more challenging. Still, I like her, she's cute :)

The List
You've seen it a bazillion times before, but I'm going to attempt it, and within good time too. I'm giving myself 300 days (or so) to complete this challenge. So three days for each #.
